Accounts Payable Officer / Manager Broadbeach | $90,000 – $110,000 Super About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of a standalone AP function supporting two businesses within the construction and development space. This is a hands-on role offering full responsibility for end-to-end accounts payable, with exposure to project-based work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes Process supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs Handle supplier queries and maintain strong relationships Support project-based AP requirements within a construction environment Maintain accurate financial records and ensure process efficiency Systems Xero (essential) Evolve (preferred but not essential) About You Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally in a standalone role Strong hands-on experience with Xero Experience within construction or project-based environments (highly regarded) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities What’s on Offer Salary package of $90,000 – $110,000 Super Standalone role with full ownership of the AP function Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to construction and development projects Some flexibility with start and finish times Please note: This is a fully office-based role located in Broadbeach.
